Samoo E-learning was born in 2006 as the e-learning area of Planificación de Entornos Tecnológicos, S. L. (Pentec). Thanks to our extensive experience in the development of customized ICT solutions, we are positioned as one of Sakai's worldwide partners. Therefore, we work with important academic and corporate institutions around the world.
In 2015, coinciding with our appointment as a Blackboard and Open LMS Partner in Spain, we changed the focus of our business model with the aim of covering the entire cycle of the training project, both from the technological and pedagogical point of view and innovation. In order to meet the emerging needs of our customers, we incorporated to our portfolio the best authoring tools: CourseLab, iSpring and Easyprof.
Throughout 2016, we positioned ourselves as leaders in. Open LMS at an international level, being the only partner in the world that was able to carry out the certification for Open LMS plugins. This same year, our development team created Samie, the ideal solution to pass the SEPE homologation, the delivery of professional certificates in e-learning mode and courses subsidized by Fundae.
At the beginning of 2017, coinciding with SKO17 Lisbon, the team from Samoo E-learning team receives the "New Reseller Partner of the Year 2016" award from Blackboard , thanks to our initiatives to position Open LMS in the Spanish market. During this year, both our team and our product portfolio grew exponentially, positioning us as one of the leading companies in the implementation of online training projects in Spain and Latin America.
In mid-2018, we became the first partner of Bizpills Group in Spain, including a whole range of solutions with great potential for corporate e-learning in our product portfolio: IseazyLMS, Iseazy Author y Iseazy Skills.
In 2019, specifically in SKO19, we received from the hand of Blackboard, the "Channel Partner Innovator of the Year Award" to the most innovative partner in the world in 2018, given our involvement in projects to optimize User Experience Design in E-learning in Blackboard Learn and Blackboard Open LMS.
